Fort Pitt Capital Group – A Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) – is currently hiring a CRM Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a CRM Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in producing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, performing essential administrative tasks, and conducting proactive data audits to ensure the integrity of the CRM data. What You’ll Do Collaborate closely with stakeholders from the sales, client service, back office, and marketing departments to gather and analyze business requirements for all CRM-related development efforts Produce and maintain CRM-based project documentation including project charters, timelines, task lists, system specifications, and business process workflows within Fort Pitt’s framework Perform administrative tasks related to CRM activity, including user role verification, new user setups, task management, troubleshooting, and providing timely support to end-users Administer security settings in the CRM system including user roles, field, and form security settings Conduct periodic data audits to proactively identify and address any data integrity issues, ensuing the accuracy and reliability of the CRM system Create, update, and maintain all platform documentation intended for lines of business, ensuring it is current, well-organized, and easily accessible to users What You’ll Bring Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience in leading technical projects is required Hands-on experience working with any Microsoft Dynamics version Experience in administration of security within Microsoft Dynamics Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Knowledge of advanced Excel features and concepts, such as complex formulas, model development, and macros, is preferred Working Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) is preferred Good to Haves Practical experience using E-Money or similar financial planning software Proficiency with Holistiplan or similar tax planning software Practical programming experience with any language, such as VBA, JavaScript, C#, Python, or other relevant languages
About The Position In office work environment Regular Full-Time Exempt/No Overtime Work Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
