The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate opening for an Inventory Specialist.

• Other duties as assigned
• Using Pick Lists to pull material for Production
• Using Oracle ERP and various reporting tools to maintain accurate inventory levels
• Reporting stock disparities to management and recommending adjustments as needed;
• Leading continuous cycle counts of stock of electronic kiosks, counter stands, various hardware, and other component parts
• Reporting low and out of stock items to Procurement

Required

• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Team player with good communication skills both within and with other departments.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification
• 3 to 5 years experience in inventory and material control
• Proficient at MS Office and ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
• Analytically minded and ability to problem solve.
• (Receiving, Shipping, cycle counting, …)
• Familiar with supply chain processes and terminology
