The Michelin Manufacturing Automation Engineer improves the safety, machine, quality, delivery and costs of the manufacturing processes for the organization through outstanding detail to accuracy and the ability to be proactive in solving problems.

MISSION :

• To define and improve the standards of machines applicable to the Michelin technical function for all areas in Safety, Machine, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
• To train and promote knowledge and competency for maintenance actions at the first and second levels.
• To improve reliability and to ensure equipment durability following the defined maintenance strategy, which includes critical functions at optimum costs.
