Auto Detailing Associate Jobs

As a Part-Time Auto Detailing Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our clients' vehicles are impeccably cleaned and maintained. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help us exceed customer expectations and maintain our reputation for exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform thorough interior and exterior vehicle cleaning, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, shampooing and polishing, to restore vehicles to a pristine condition.
2. Utilize appropriate cleaning products, tools, and techniques to achieve outstanding results without causing damage to vehicle surfaces.
3. Inspect vehicles for any damages, scratches, or dents, and promptly report them to the supervisor.
4. Clean and polish vehicle windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure clear visibility.
5. Shampoo carpets, upholstery, and fabric surfaces, removing stains and odors.
6. Apply protective coatings, sealants, and waxes to preserve vehicle finishes and enhance their longevity.
7. Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and meet service delivery goals.
9. Adhere to company guidelines and industry best practices for auto detailing, safety, and environmental regulations.
10. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing recommendations, and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in auto detailing or car cleaning is preferred but not required. We are willing to provide training to the right candidate.
2. Passion for automobiles and a strong attention to detail.
3. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
6. Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on business needs.
8. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
