Bob Johnson Buick GMC South Collision in Henrietta needs to hire motivated Automotive Body Shop / Collision Repair Technicians with all levels of experience. We are looking for candidates that are self-motivated and have a strong work ethic!

Responsibilities - Body Shop Technician:

• Cleanup work area and dispose of waste
• Follow all workplace safety requirements
• Scuff and sand new parts
• Repair and replace a variety of vehicle parts
• Prepare cars to be painted by sanding and refinishing them
• Disassemble and assemble vehicles for repair
• Perform diagnostic tests to ensure that all issues have been detected and resolved

Qualifications/Requirements – Body Shop Technician:

• Automotive Service, Collision, or Body Shop experience preferred
• Must be focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Excellent problem-solving skills required

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
• Ability to utilize a wide variety of vehicle maintenance and repair tools
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
• I-CAR or GM experience is a plus!
• Valid state driver's license
• Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, have good vision, be able to lift up to 50lbs., and have the ability to walk long distances
• Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required
• Must have own tool set
• Basic technological and mathematical proficiency
