ATLANTA SHOWROOM MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Showroom Manager’s primary function is to manage the daily Showroom operations of Caracole Furniture’s Atlanta Showroom, to ensure that overall company directives and goals are achieved.

Daily and Year-Round Duties:

• Responsible for making sure that all company policies, procedures, and controls are followed.

• Manage daily showroom operations.

• Take responsibility for preparing the showroom for business and make sure all closing tasks are completed before the end of the day.

• Welcome customers to provide a positive and efficient experience in the Caracole showroom.

• Develop customer relationships and address customer needs.

• Provide sales support, assist with product selections, and write quotes and sales orders.

• Promote sales by presenting products and providing detailed knowledge and expertise of both new and existing lines.

• Answer incoming phone calls, respond to showroom-related emails and other communications, and provide troubleshooting as needed.

• Track showroom orders and daily sales. Achieve goals set by sales leadership.

• Track and record daily showroom vistors

• Assist Caracole sales team with coordinating guest visits, assist with showroom tours and writing orders.

• Provide customer service by serving as a liaison with Caracole’s customer service department and corporate office in High Point, NC.

• Coordinate showroom appointments and visits and send out follow-up communications with customers between markets.

• Suggest ways to increase sales and improve business.

• Make recommendations for improvements on strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.

• Maintain high standards for showroom appearance and visuals by ensuring the showroom is properly maintained and stocked.

• Plan, organize and implement showroom events with the support of sales and marketing.

• Maintain product assortment in showroom by managing flow of discontinued, existing, and new products.

• Liaison with International Market Centers, on behalf of Caracole.

• Responsible for maintaining allocated budget.

Trade Show Duties:

• Responsible for planning hospitality, food, and beverage for trade shows and other events.

• Assist the merchandising and design team with floor plans for upcoming shows.

• Plan and execute all facets of running a successful tradeshow.

• Coordinate staffing needs for showroom setup.

• Provide support to Brand Ambassadors (BAs) and corporate staff during the shows.
