Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for data accuracy? We're in search of a dedicated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic administrative team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in maintaining our company's data integrity by meticulously inputting and organizing client information, ensuring our electronic records are up-to-date and well-structured.
Key Responsibilities
Digitize Data: Collect and input a variety of data, including invoices, client details, financial statements, and more into our electronic storage systems.
Organize Efficiently: Maintain a meticulously organized storage system to guarantee completeness and accuracy of all data entries.
Hard Copy Management: Keep track of hard copy documents like invoices and inventory checklists, ensuring they are properly filed.
Data Quality Enhancement: Continuously improve data quality by updating filing systems and setting data entry standards.
Data Consistency: Collaborate with administrative colleagues to identify and address data inconsistencies, ensuring a seamless database.
Issue Resolution: Address data-related inquiries and promptly report significant data errors to the management team.
Best Practices: Uphold the highest standards of data management, prioritizing accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
Educational Background: A high school diploma or GED.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a data entry specialist.
Software Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of data entry software, including but not limited to Ninox, Kintone, and OmPrompt Order Management.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail to spot errors accurately and efficiently.
Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Time Management: Solid time management skills with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Excellent typing skills and proficiency in working with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
