Job Overview: As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our administrative department, contributing to the meticulous management of client information and records. Your responsibilities will revolve around maintaining accurate and organized data entries within our electronic system and ensuring the integrity of hard copy documents.
Responsibilities
Digitize a variety of data including invoices, client details, financial statements, and other relevant records.
Establish and maintain an organized electronic storage system, meticulously updating and verifying data entries for accuracy.
Manage and preserve physical copies of documents such as invoices and financial records, ensuring proper organization.
Enhance data quality by evolving filing systems and adhering to data entry standards, contributing to improved overall efficiency.
Collaborate with administrative colleagues to address and rectify data inconsistencies, striving for completeness and accuracy.
Respond to data inquiries promptly, promptly notifying management about any critical data discrepancies.
Uphold the highest standards of data management practices, consistently delivering accurate and efficient results.
Requirements
Possess a high school diploma or GED.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry roles, showcasing your familiarity with the intricacies of this function.
Proficiency in various data entry software, including Ninox, Kintone, and OmPrompt Order Management.
Exceptional organizational prowess and keen attention to detail, enabling you to identify and rectify errors efficiently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for collaborating effectively with team members.
Well-honed time management abilities, allowing you to effectively prioritize tasks and manage your workload.
Proficiency in typing and experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
