Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Perform a wide variety of electronic or mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or subassemblies. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing component installation, substrate lamination, hand cutting and cleaning on assembly units. Make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. Perform the various tasks necessary to assemble electronic assemblies for production. Perform assembly and installation steps for the components required in production assemblies. This includes the documentation necessary to track the traveler and the assembler's performance.
You are responsible for
  • Understand and follow all safety requirements, as well as ISO Practices and Procedures
  • Maintain logs and paperwork and forms accurately
  • Must continuously meet/exceed production schedules and deadlines according to quality standards
  • Self-monitoring of workmanship
  • Mechanically assemble sub-systems integrating electronic components from work Instructions and assembly drawings
  • Operates and troubleshoots production line machinery and computers
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Manipulation of items using a variety of tools while using a microscope
You are a part of
A successful organization that is experiencing rapid growth while pushing the limits of current technology. This position is part the Microwave business unit working in the manufacturing department at the Hudson, NH facility.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Solder skills are a plus, but not required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a flexible and changing environment with multiple competing deadlines
  • ESD knowledgeable
  • Enthusiastic, cooperative, and positive behavior
  • Mechanical Assembly skills, including the ability to recognize non-conformities
  • Follow detailed written and verbal instructions
  • 2 Years of work experience or equivalent Technical Degree
