Micro Mobility Industry experience (10+ years)

Experience working with influencer networks, individual influencers and influencer identification, management and measurement tools.

Manage off and online influencer engagements including experiential and influencer events.

Serve as an ambassador of Golin’s influencer capabilities as it relates to organic and new business opportunities.

Excellent verbal, written, presentation and problem-solving skills.

Experience creating and executing paid social and digital campaigns across social channels such as Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.

Regularly identify and vet new and up-and-coming influencers for current and future programs.

Understand and follow all safety requirements, as well as ISO Practices and Procedures

Mechanical Assembly skills, including the ability to recognize non-conformities

Solder skills are a plus, but not required

Mechanically assemble sub-systems integrating electronic components from work Instructions and assembly drawings

This position reports into Manager Microbiology, and is an On-Site/Hybrid position based out of Fort Washington, PA.

Support the Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing on day-to-day influencer needs

Experience in social media and influencer marketing

Build ongoing list of relevant influencers and creators for potential seeding and engagement

Track content and metrics for evergreen and campaign influencer reporting

Facilitate all shipping and product inventory management, oversee sample coordinations as needed.

Assist with budget management and work with legal on agency and partnership agreements.

Have excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.

Work closely with agency partners to manage pitch expectations, messaging direction and sample facilitation, act as main day-to-day point of contact.

Manage all media monitoring including weekly leadership reporting, project based reporting and live media alerts in key moments.

Create monthly season-focused product look books and manage all hi-res image requests.

Escalate to management any failures and concerns related to environment of controlled spaces.

Maintains working knowledge of instrumentation, equipment and scientific methodologies necessary to perform assigned tasks.

Manage the incubation of samples, plate reading and reporting of results. Accurately completes GMP reviews as assigned.

Participates in company training and maintains current status of certifications.

Ensures timely completion and compliance with cGMP and all other relevant company training requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or similar field and no related experience required.

Perform QC sampling, testing, and reporting for USP-PW system qualification.

Document all testing activities, including results, deviations, and investigations, in accordance with cGMP requirements.

Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure it is calibrated and validated in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Participate in the qualification and validation of new equipment, methods, and processes.

Conduct investigations and troubleshoot issues related to testing procedures, equipment, or results and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

Ensure all testing is performed in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and company procedures.
