Job Description

We are partnered with one of the top law firms in the Northeast. We are looking for a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in state or federal courts.


Must be located in or around the Berkshires. This is not a remote position.


Must be barred in Massachusetts.


Essential Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Complete litigation from start till beginning of trial
  • Must have experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery and taking depositions
  • Must be able to handle a variety of cases
  • Must have experience in property and tort cases


Required Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years of litigation experience
  • JD from an ABA accredited institution.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • $120K-$150K + substantial bonuses
