Returns Analyst Jobs

The world's most popular automated vacuum company is searching for a Returns Analyst to join their team in Bedford, MA. This role will be responsible for reconciling and monitoring activity for customer returns, managing data in an Oracle ERP system, and working cross-functionally to resolve any transaction-related issues.

Responsibilities:

• Examine batch activity and transactional behavior for anomalies
• Communicate with external vendors on any payment issues
• Work cross-functionally with various departments to resolve any issues regarding payment transactions, executions, or reconciliations
• Generate and publish Returns reporting and analyses
• Dispute invalid deductions/claims on customer chargebacks or returns
• Collect, document, and process all data in Oracle ERP

Qualifications:

• 5 years of operational experience processing returns at an enterprise scale
• Knowledge of large ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Familiarity with Tableau reporting
