The Associate HR Analyst position on the HR Support & User Experience team serves as the first tier in the HR Support service delivery model and is the first point of contact for issues related to training, time reporting or data and reporting tools and work processes. They also serve as an additional level of support for managers with Workday-related questions. This role conducts research and analysis around issues, continuously works to improve process, and assigns and escalates issues to other teams as needed. This role is expected to solve more complex problems with general supervision and develop advanced skills and the ability to work with less supervision.
Job Responsibilities:
- Will provide independent support around moderately complex issues, conduct research and analysis to determine how to resolve the issue and effectively communicate resolution.
- Serves as the first Tier in the HR Systems Support service delivery model and is the first point of contact for the company's employees having issues related to the Training, time reporting, or HR data & reporting tools and work processes.
- Continuously work to improve processes by identifying trends and recommending improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience
- High school diploma/GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, vendors, Centers of Expertise, and subject matter experts.
- Customer service skills with prior experience using multiline phone system and case management tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills required to analyze complex issues, develop logical conclusions, and make appropriate recommendations determining impacts to downstream applications or processes.
- Effective interpersonal skills (e.g., influencing and listening skills to deal effectively with employees and management) "
- Experience in roles requiring effective communication skills (oral and written).
- In depth knowledge of at least one of the following tools: Workforce, Column, Remedy (PICCASO), Manager Briefcase
- Experience managing confidential data.
- Ability to adjust and thrive in environment with frequent changes.
