LG is seeking a talented, high-energy Associate Financial Analyst to assist in supporting the day-to-day operational and planning activities of LG Air Conditioning Technologies Division. The main responsibility is budget process and management in support of the entire Air Solutions Division. Process selling related expense and voucher in the system. Perform financial analysis assignment and budget planning, Ad hoc reports, and executive support. The position is based in Alpharetta, GA and offers opportunity for career growth.

Role & Responsibilities:

Budget / Process

• Coordinate with Accounting and Financial Planning team in CFO Department for budget needs (Obtain, Addition, Transfer, etc.)

• Plan and manage general and admin expense such as travel, entertainment, welfare budget

• Guide and support any budget issues, consistent with company policy and processes

Invoicing / Voucher Process

• Review and process general invoices and manage invoice portal in the internal system

• Liaison in support for vendor registration

• Liaison in support for fixed asset or Legal invoicing

• Liaison with Korea HQ for GNMS expenses

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Collect, compile verify and analyze financial data to identify the business issue & risk

• Manage Air Solutions business unit for weekly, monthly report for the management and leadership

Executive Support

• Approvals, travel, expense, scheduling support

• Support colleagues with expense issues for meetings and events

Administrative Support

• Purchase office supplies

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Finance, Accounting or related

• 2-3 years of professional experience in a sales support function

• Strong analytical abilities & detail oriented

• Ability to work cross-functionally

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Must be fluent in both Korean/English

• MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel

• Travel of up to 10%

Pay Range: 50,000-67,000. Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.

This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed
