Responsibilities

Riskonnect understands Risk Management inside and out. It is the Professional Services team’s mission to lead our customers through the journey of implementing Riskonnect software and drive their resulting success. The Financial Analyst – Operations role is a vital part of supporting the Professional Services group, delivering value add analysis and processes to Professional Services leadership. This role will help drive positive change and outcomes throughout the Professional Services by helping create and deliver regular reporting with actionable insights to the Professional Services team.

Responsibilities

• Refine and continue to build KPI dashboards. Simplify current reporting to help drive usability within the Professional Services team.
• Develop and report on project profitability/budgetary analysis.
• Other job responsibilities as assigned as part of a growing organization.
• Complete by project and by solution type analysis to determine trends in project size, completion length, budgetary status, etc.
• Track billable time and reporting for Professional Services team members.
• Present data analysis to Professional Services Leadership
• Maintain project rate analysis on booked projects to identify current and trending rate changes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of corporate financial analyst experience is preferred.
• Business acumen: ability to think from an overall “best for the business” perspective.
• The ability to work cross-functionally with multiple groups within the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities, comfortable navigating ambiguity and championing change.
• Previous experience working in a B2B SaaS organization is preferred.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-organized and hard-working, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
