Associate Engineer, Test Manufacturing

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

• Optimize the Test process focusing on productivity improvements to cycle time and yield
• Assist with test optimization based on feedback from customers and operations partners based on a solid unstinting of the test coverage, diagnosability, reparability, firmware/diagnostics and user experience.
• Maintain with minimal supervision, the continuing performance of the Testers and participate in the OEE improvement plans, yield and test time optimization.
• Under supervision and with assistance develop, qualify, and install test applications into manufacturing operations.
• Debug of solutions provided by external vendors or customers based on training supplied

• • Project Management - Ability to manage a single line engineering project with a limited number of participants. Create a project/change management plan, establish and distribute project roles, and communicate what is needed from the project participants in order to make the project successful.
