Global BioPharma- Associate Director of Medical Affairs- Neurology focus

An industry-leading global biopharma is looking for a new Associate Director of Medical Affairs to lead the Medical Affairs strategy for their soon-launching neurodegeneration biologic drug. The company has recently achieved fast-tracked FDA approval and it's now looking forward to launching in the spring.

In this role, you will use your in-depth scientific understanding and excellent communication skills to implement Medical Affairs Strategies for a variety of Neurology products, mainly in the neurodegeneration space. You will also consult as an SME on clinical trials and product development, applying your competitive intelligence skills to inform management of possible competition to the company drug candidates.

To succeed in the role, you will need:

• An MD, PharmD, Ph.D., or another terminal degree in a health science-related subject
• Expert knowledge of the medical material publication and review process
• Be based on the East Coast, willing to occasionally travel to New Jersey
• Excellent networking and communication skills to facilitate conference presentations and cross-functional teams collaboration
• At least 5 years experience working in Medical Affairs, with previous exposure to neurology and neurodegeneration
