Summary


This role is primarily responsible for the execution of email marketing messages for the business. It will be supporting planning initiatives and owning executional needs from generating wireframes through reviewing, proofing, and approving email sends for deployment.


Responsibilities


  • Proof, validate and approve all email deployments
  • Coordinate feedback from multiple parties; manage execution changes within deadlines
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Support our promotional planning workstream
  • Consolidate multiple documents to develop and update email marketing calendars/wireframes and adjacent documentation based on business and promotional change; quickly and accurately distribute updates to cross-functional business partners
  • Own executional aspects within our enterprise email service provider such as campaign names, send times and subject lines
  • Ensure testing initiatives are represented on marketing calendars/wireframes and test elements are correct in email proofs prior to deployment
  • Complete execution of email strategies, including the development of email marketing calendars/wireframes
  • Implement established playbook standards while providing suggestions/feedback on process refinements and new opportunities based on competitive landscape
  • Support our digital asset request tool based on promotional assets needed for the channel

Qualifications


  • Retail/e-commerce experience preferred
  • 2-3 years of marketing experience; previous email experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar enterprise-level email platform
  • High degree of initiative, personal responsibility, and ownership
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Extremely proactive, meticulous, and agile
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and InDesign
  • Teammate with a collaborative attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast environment and adapt to shifting priorities and timelines
  • Strategic thinker with intellectual curiosity and analytical mentality
  • Ability to multi-task; adept at ingesting direction from multiple sources and taking quick action
  • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Understanding of email marketing

Education


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; or equivalent experience required
