Job Description

Join this team which seeks to elevate brand awareness, perception and engagement to drive desire and advocacy among kids, families and adults in the Americas region!

Core Responsibilities
  • Vet potential influencer partners and route influencer and creator content for review and approval
  • Partner across markets to support plan alignment and enable delivery of materials (assets, samples, news releases, etc.) to meet comms objectives
  • Assist in developing/nurturing key brand relationships with industry experts, spokespeople and influencers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to support development and activation of earned media programs in the US, Canada and Mexico/LatAm (e.g. media relations, product publicity, brand building campaigns, influencer engagement programs)
  • Assist in planning and staffing trade, gift and product oriented press & influencer events
  • Assist in budget management and tracking
  • Manage incoming inquiries from influencers and news media, overseeing both the Americas Influencer and Americas Press inboxes, to flag, route and respond to opportunities
  • Coordinate and manage active news bureau of global and local press materials and assets to enable PR activation across Americas markets

This team is home to Public Relations, Experiential, Partnerships and Masterbrand campaigns. We build the brand and drive demand through great storytelling and engagement that demonstrates why families, adults & shoppers can feel good in choosing the LEGO brand. This role also directly supports Influencer programs managed by the Americas Digital Marketing team.
Do you have what it takes?
  • Solid understanding of the overall marketing ecosystem
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing comms programs
  • 2 years in a Public Relations/influencer engagement/communications role (agency experience is a plus!)
  • Track record of time management/prioritization, good judgment and teamwork
  • Background in consumer packaged goods, family entertainment, gaming or toys preferred
  • Results driven collaborator who excels in relationship building, partner management and teamwork
  • Ability to deliver multiple priorities simultaneously at scale with speed and on budget
  • Clear, concise communicator with keen attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred or equivalent working experience
New Location Update
This position will initially be based at our LEGO Education office at Boylston St, Back Bay, Boston before moving to a new central Boston office location by the end of 2026. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.
