Job Summary:

As the Brand Marketing Associate, you will be integral to successful execution of our marketing efforts overall. You will keep our initiatives running smoothly through performing administrative tasks, coordinating campaigns, and maintaining organized assets. You will speak for the brand, providing unreal customer service. You will be exposed to everything from social media to content, digital marketing, PR, consumer insights, project management and more. You will have a unique ability to learn more about your passions and skills through this wide exposure. The ideal candidate is a hyper-organized doer, who’s excited to jump in.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with field programming including local events, trade shows, and retailer demos
  • Coordinate and assist with the execution of all marketing campaigns
  • Facilitate sampling through coordinating event donations, influencer boxes, and PR kits
  • Perform daily administrative including marketing calendar updates, event logistic coordination, collateral ordering and more
  • Create consistent, positive consumer experiences through managing a variety of inboxes, including our general email inbox and social media inboxes, responding to consumers in a timely manner
  • Maintain our library of brand assets, including digital shelf assets, photos, videos, and more
  • Implement brand site updates as needed to maintain an optimal consumer experience
  • Build reports and slides monthly to communicate brand performance

  • If you have experience in customer service or brand marketing, that’s a plus.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree. A degree in marketing or a similar field is preferred, but not required.
  • You seek to go above and beyond in everything you do. You take the time to go the extra mile.
  • You have an affinity for natural food brands. You follow food trends, influencers, and thought leaders.
  • If you have experience working in a startup or in the natural-foods industry, that’s a plus.
