Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Coffee Shop Owner Business Assistant. As the owner's right-hand person, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and growth of our coffee shop business. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the coffee shop owner, allowing them to focus on strategic decision-making and business development.

Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support: Manage the owner's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Handle correspondence, including email management and drafting business communications. Maintain organized files and documentation.

2. Operational Assistance: Assist in managing daily operations, including inventory management, supply ordering, and vendor coordination. Help oversee staffing needs, including scheduling and coordinating employee shifts. Assist with payroll administration and maintain employee records.

3. Marketing and Social Media: Assist with social media management, including content creation and scheduling. Help execute promotional campaigns and track their effectiveness.

4. Customer Relations: Interact with customers, provide exceptional service, and address any inquiries or concerns.

5. Business Development: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential growth opportunities. Assist in identifying and implementing new business strategies to drive revenue and expand the coffee shop's customer base.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or business support role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principles.
- Basic understanding of financial management and bookkeeping practices.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for coffee and an understanding of the coffee shop culture.
