CashZar is a pioneering fintech startup that is disrupting the financial industry through innovative technology. We're seeking experienced and dedicated engineers to join our dynamic team as we build and refine our cutting-edge financial services platform.

As a Principal Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. We're looking for someone who is proficient in both platforms and can deliver a seamless, robust, and intuitive user experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement application updates.
• Collaborate with our design and product teams to define and implement app features.
• Identify potential problems and resolve application bottlenecks.
• Oversee the code and atomization of the application.
• Ensure the quality and performance of the application to specifications.
• Lead the design, coding, and maintenance of high-performance iOS and Android applications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• In-depth understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, and Java.
• 8-10 years of experience in mobile application development on both iOS and Android platforms.
• Extensive experience with third-party libraries and APIs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven record of launching successful mobile applications on both iOS and Android.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and creating clean, performance-critical code.
• Experience with modern mobile application development frameworks like React Native or Flutter.
• Experience in fintech or a related industry.

Compensation:

• Equity: Up to 3%.
• Base Salary: Up to $175,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
