Assistant Resident Manager- Plumbing Maintenance (Ltg)

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Resident Manager who is highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for property management. London Terrace Gardens is a pre- war luxury residential complex comprised of 1000 units distributed among 10 buildings. This complex has 4 gas fueled boilers, 1 cogeneration system, 10 roof top domestic water tanks and 20 passenger elevators. Candidate will be required to walk the entire property in addition to climbing roof ladders and access roof top terraces.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• Must be able to live on site
• Ability to be on call every other weekend (staying within one hour of the property)
• Proficiently skilled in electrical, mechanical building systems, and basic construction
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Facilities/Building Operations experience with a strong working knowledge of building plumbing systems and boilers
• Experience managing building employees, including familiarity and experience with 32BJ Union contracted employees.
• 5+ years of recent hands-on experience in the property management industry

Certifications/Education:

• Experienced with CCTV and access control security systems.
• Boiler Certificate of Fitness: P-99 Boiler and S-12 and S-13 Citywide Sprinkler & Citywide Standpipe
• Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Anticipated compensation for this position is $95,000 - $100,000. Full benefits package available.
