Position Overview

The Associate Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the bookkeeping for the community as well as assisting with all other areas of property oversight including resident relations, marketing, and overall management. The Associate Community Manager will also be able to act as the Community Manager during the Manager’s absence.

What You Will Do

  • Must be available for overtime when necessary
  • Assist in overseeing staff operations
  • Complete other HR related tasks as assigned
  • Assist as needed in marketing and leasing activities
  • Complete all necessary financial reporting
  • Complete special projects as assigned by Property Manager
  • Must be able to complete all physical requirements of this role with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Responsible for resident bookkeeping
  • Must be able to work a full shift / required work schedule
  • Responsible for delinquency follow up and collection
  • Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces Policies and Procedures
  • Complete all property reporting requirements
  • Responsible for ensuring product presentation meet brand and company standards at all times

Ideally, you'll have

  • 2 years of experience in property management or related fields.
  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills
  • High School graduate; college degree preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Office Products and Windows and Apple operating systems

You'll crush it if you have experience with
