About Our Client
My client works on Multifamily, Lifescience, Government, Retail, Assisted Living & Academic projects, specializing in carpet, wood, vinyl, porcelain stone & tile, rubber, polished concrete and epoxy flooring projects throughout Boston! Their wide range of projects in the commercial marketplace gives you the opportunity to diversify your skill set in the construction field.

• Assist with the preparation of project proposals, estimates, and budgets
• Assist the Project Manager with all aspects of construction project management, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, ordering, and project documentation
• Assist with the preparation of project proposals, estimates and budgets
• Completing RFIs, submittals, and managing change orders
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to the project team and management
• Participating in staff meetings
• Manager project timelines and ensure that all deadlines are met
• Ensure that projects ryn smoothly from start to finish by helping with planning and execution
• Occasional site visits
• Assisting in the preparation of RFP/bid packages
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure that project objectives are met
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, building codes and safety standard

The Successful Applicant

• Preferred Software Skills: AutoCAD, Bluebeam, ProCore
• 0-5 years of experience
• Any Construction Experience will be considered (MEP, HVAC, Flooring, Commercial, Residential)
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Organization is a MUST
• Required Software Skills: Excel, Microsoft Word
