Reset and renumber hangers (metal threaded rod with clevis hanger that hold pipe) in drawings.

Isolate piping systems and create drawing packages based on provided criteria.

Performs various sorting, inspection, production, and data entry

Reads and follows work instructions, work rules and directions

Maintains organization and cleanliness of work area

Uses inspection, measuring and test equipment as required

Ability to work on feet for extended periods

Travel to and from job sites in company vehicles

Assist with the installation and dismantling of scaffolding on various commercial and industrial job sites

Operate a variety of hand and power tools

Load and unload scaffolding and supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of previous Quality Control experience in engineering and/or civil construction work.

Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in developing and maintaining a project baseline schedule.

Responsible for monitoring conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and/or code requirements by performing inspection duties.

Performs daily field inspections and maintains inspection records.

Participates in punch lists, testing, and commissioning.

Provides input to documentation for area and equipment turnovers.

Valid Driver's License with a good driving record

Assist the Project Manager with all aspects of construction project management, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, ordering, and project documentation

Monitor project progress and communicate updates to the project team and management

Manager project timelines and ensure that all deadlines are met

Any Construction Experience will be considered (MEP, HVAC, Flooring, Commercial, Residential)

Preferred Software Skills: AutoCAD, Bluebeam, ProCore

Required Software Skills: Excel, Microsoft Word

High School Diploma or equivalent is required, college education is preferred

Experience with Concrete construction and inspection is preferred

Experience with welding / Steel construction and inspection is preferred
