Murad is looking for an International Ecommerce Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for our international ecommerce sites outside of the US. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, creating marketing plans, and working closely with cross-functional teams to execute the plans. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth as well as increasing customer acquisition and retention.
This cross-functional position achieves results through facilitation and collaboration with key stakeholders from across the business, information technology teams, and in-country team members. This role will determine strategic marketing and digital needs, develop and prioritize initiatives, ensure alignment with cross-functional budgets and resources, and act as a key stakeholder on various digital initiatives to ensure delivery. This role will work with in country teams to prioritize and roll out new features across the international sites tailored to the country site’s unique needs and budget.
This position reports to the Director of 3rd Party Platforms, and will serve as subject matter expert overseeing website marketing and features to help drive traffic and business goals, and address customer challenges.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Manage marketing analysis by pulling data, analyzing metrics and trends, making data-based recommendations
- Own strategy, develop roadmap and execution of key initiatives and advocate for features that improves the post-purchase customer journey.
- Efficient in gathering and transforming business needs into product. requirements and developing actionable and measurable programs for development and product design teams.
- Work closely with Creative team to ensure international assets are developed/available.
- Monitor results from online testing and make recommendations and implement enhancements to increase sales metrics conversion, customer lifetime value and reduce cost per order.
- Develop and manage marketing plans, positioning, campaigns, promotions, and distribution strategies.
- Manage relationships with international partners, including digital agencies, social media platforms, and other stakeholders, to maximize revenue and brand exposure.
- Plan and oversee marketing efforts, including social media (organic and paid), email, influencer, search campaigns, and site promotions.
- Working with in-country stakeholders, manage product strategy, vision and roadmap to communicate customer and business needs to development and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand positioning across markets.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills
- Shopify experience a plus
- 2+ years of experience in retail/ecommerce (e.g.,: at a consumer brand or consumer-facing startup)
- Superior organization and project management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines and communication lines
- 5+ years of Marketing or Product Management experience
- Proficient in requirements definition, authoring epics, user stories and acceptance criteria within the Agile/Scrum methodology
- Highly analytical in your approach to problems; including exceptional excel and/or SQL skills

This position is based in our El Segundo, CA headquarters, which is currently 40% hybrid onsite/remote work.

The expected base salary for this position is $100,000 to $120,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
