Our Assistant Managers form a duo with their Sales Managers, driving a successful store through sales, KPIs and people. You will be responsible for leading, developing and inspiring your team, in an environment where product knowledge is really important to our customer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Constructing training plans to continuously enhance efficiency and grow people’s future career
• Daily monitoring of sales standards and prioritising actions of the team to address issues identified
• Working closely with all team members and offering support when needed to form a united high performing team
• Supporting the Store Manager with managing all operational aspects of the store to maximise business performance: footfall, sales, and profit
• Relaying the voice of customers about products and services to company management to continue to make our business relevant for the customers of today and tomorrow.
• Creating weekly rotas accurately to ensure smooth daily operation of the store

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Takes pride in personal appearance and hygiene
• Be able to comply with legislation and follow all rules and regulation laid down in the staff handbook
• Team player and can‐do attitude
• Self motivated and able to use own initiative
• Customer service focused
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
• Good communication skills in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of visitors to your work area

Desirable:

• Experience of working in environments involving high levels of customer care
• Experience working in an environment where there are peaks and troughs in demand during service times
