Basic Purpose

Assist with managing ATM Operations resources (employees and contractors) and full lifecycle of ATM fleet. Manage, allocate, and ensure resources are correctly aligned for each role and responsibility, including service projects and initiatives. Develop, manage, and implement a workforce strategy and resource plan that balances internal and external resources for services. Create succession plan to align with ISD strategy and role - based training.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with management, team members, key stakeholders, internal customers and external vendors
  • Ensures effective and efficient allocation of staff resources to service business needs and initiatives
  • Provide leadership guidance and feedback around daily operations, processes and procedures
  • Assist with maintaining, budgeting and approving ATM hardware, software licenses and other business needs as required
  • Create clear, concise and effective communications for managing resources. This includes creating surveys, agenda, and presentations to management on resource allocation.
  • Ensure appropriate resources are available when requested and business needs are met for workforce reallocation.
  • Ensure compliance with Navy Federal Credit Union standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate and partner with other internal business units to ensure best practices are applied for resources
  • Review resource allocations making sure resources, employee and contractor, have bandwidth for the business demands and assigned projects
  • Assist with managing vendor services and assist with creating professional services AFP budget
  • Assist with leading ATM Operations daily operations, projects or programs
  • Assist with providing solutions to resolve service resources issues around ATM availability
  • Maintain technical knowledge and partnerships to facilitate career coaching for team members
  • Establish workforces by identifying the skills required to fulfill department roles and responsibilities
  • Partner with external vendors to obtain appropriate resources when needed.

Qualifications
  • Experience in project leadership and execution, including initiatives with technology, processes, cross - functional teams and external partner team members
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing operational or technical teams
  • Experience with managing timekeeping in ServiceNow/ITBM and Fieldglass
  • Effective skill presenting findings, conclusions, alternatives and information clearly and concisely
  • Experience in working with all levels of staff, management, stakeholders, outside vendors and contractors
  • Effective organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Experience in resource allocation and management, team development and performance evaluations
  • Experience with recruiting and hiring.
  • Effective skill in producing desired results and achieving goals and objectives
  • Prior Management or Lead experience - exercising initiative, using good judgment to make sound decisions
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Information Technology
  • Banking/financial industry standards and practices
  • Experience managing operational or technical teams

  • Prior knowledge or experience leading engineers with ATM Operations

Navy Federal is now hybrid! Our standard enterprise requirement for a hybrid schedule is to report on-site 4-16 days each month. The number of days reporting on-site will ultimately be determined by the employee's leadership and business unit needs. You will learn more throughout the hiring and on boarding process.
Salary Range: $85,500 - $146,300 annually
Navy Federal Credit Union assesses market data to establish salary ranges that enable us to remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range, based on your experience, location and market position.
