- Assist lead Community Manager with requests for proposals, repair quotes, insurance notification lists.
- Field and respond promptly to homeowner inquiries and assist the community manger with administrative tasks and special projects
- Investigate and enforce property codes within boundaries.
- Assist lead Community Manager with issuing of key fobs, pool passes and processing access keys.
- Assist lead Community Manager with ARB (Architectural Review Board) application processing and perform on-site community inspections as necessary.
- Process architectural applications for exterior modifications.
- Filing, making copies and other general office tasks on a daily and as needed basis.
- Process invoices for payment.
- Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieve minimum property standards.
- Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity of complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues.
- Ability to oversee contractors working on the property and inspect property for maintenance and repair needs.
- Notify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone, in person and electronically.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
- Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
- Must have personal vehicle and be physically capable of performing community wide inspections.
- Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements.
- High school diploma required
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
- Professional customer service skills.
- Knowledge of architectural plans and/or drawings at a proficient level.
- Knowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements.
- Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)
- Work effectively with Board of Directors, Committee members, residents, and other staff members.
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
