Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Cameo Bridal Salon located in Glen Burnie, MD. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salon, managing staff, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving sales.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing budgets and financial reporting
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• 5+ years of experience in a management role within the bridal industry
