Working knowledge of project management process and software. (Microsoft Office and SAGE 300 CRE)

Up to date with modern technology and display excellent communication skills

General knowledge of construction principles/practices required

Associates/Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience such as commercial projects, hospitals, public projects, schools, multifamily, etc

Enforce safety, clean-up and risk management.

As directed, assist the Project Superintendent with management of materials purchased by The NRP Group.

Education in construction or related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related discipline or an equivalent technical degree

Assists in the development and maintenance of preconstruction, construction and closeout execution plans

Assists in oversite of subcontractors and vendors to ensure the achievement of Project Safety objectives

Assists in the development and administration of Project Rolling Completion/Punch lists

Strong conflict management skills and a high level of assertiveness

Healthcare experience preferred (Senior Living/Skilled Nursing/Assisted Living/Independent Living)

Ability to work with diverse project management teams

Displays technical knowledge in construction background and general knowledge of mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems

5+ years of experience in the Construction Industry as an Assistant Superintendent or General Foreman

Great client relationships with high customer loyalty

Experience with several software programs such as construction management software and Microsoft suite

Projects are scoped and performed with an emphasis on, quality control, budget management, and schedule control

Develop project implementation strategies and schedules with the support of Facilities and Asset Management (FAM) Project Schedulers

Communicate project information to lines of business clients and all impacted Resort divisions and Operations Management

College Degree with an emphasis in project management

You will report to the Construction Manager of Facility Asset Management.

Construction Management vocational degree or certificate preferred

Previous construction or skilled trade experience required

Previous homebuilding or real estate industry experience preferred

Demonstrated leadership capabilities including motivating teams, employee development, and being results oriented

Strong people skills, including the capability to handle various personalities and develop professional relationships

Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and scheduling software

At least 2 years of experience foreman/lead in commercial construction or 2+ years of higher education in a construction-based curriculum

Competitive Pay: $70,000-$100,000.00 annually (depends on experience)

Actively assist in management of subcontractors, schedule, budget, and time-line on high-profile multifamily construction projects across Dayton, OH
