Assistant Coach - Girls Flag Football - HS Assist the head coach with the organization and implementation of a successful athletics program. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to support the development of a strong program that is focused on the growth of students, with a commitment to academics, strong fundamental skills, and sportsmanship. The successful candidate will be expected to collaborate with coaches, administrators, teachers, sponsors, students, parents, and members of the community to ensure that the school stands together in pride.

ESSENTIAL ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Work is generally performed in a typical school sporting environment with standard facilities, equipment, and a moderate to loud noise level. Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Physical ability to coordinate and perform athletic practice drills
• Occasional lifting of up to twenty-five (25) pounds
• Frequent sitting, bending, squatting, reaching, standing and running
• Vision, auditory, and mental acuity within normal ranges
• Regular travel within and across school district boundaries for sporting events

Ability to consistently maintain a generally positive attitude and professional communication in varying situations, Ability to coordinate effective skill-building, training, and practice activities, Demonstrated leadership with a collaborative decision making and management approach, Effective oral and written English communication skills with a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written, graphic, and verbal instructions, Knowledge of Flag Football basics, rules, preparation, and training, Physical fitness and ability to perform athletic training and drills, Prior coaching experience working with K-12 or a youth athletic organization, Strong detail orientation, time management and organizational skills, Willingness and commitment to observe and model all District policies and procedures, Works cooperatively with students, parents, colleagues, staff and leaders to meet the diverse needs of the school community Seasonal Legend High School No 0 0.00 0 Work Days
