The Addressable Operations Assistant Analyst is a position requiring an attention to detail and the ability to be proactive and analytical – a person who is interested in learning, crafting, and mastering Orion Addressable Operations. This role works closely with the Finance, Investment, Activation, and broader Operations team to manage programmatic data and cashflow processes that drive the operational and financial health for Orion’s Addressable media partnerships. Utilizing a strong analytical mindset, this person should display an affinity for working with numbers, possess strong communication skills, and work well in a team environment. We expect the candidate to be curious and self-motivated and be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
What You'll Do & How You'll Learn
  • Assist with ad hoc operational tasks such as audit requests and inquiries
  • Create reports that track account receivable discrepancies
  • Prepare vendor and agency facing files detailing partners and invoice payment status
  • Create reports and spreadsheets that ensure prompt and accurate billing + invoicing of Orion Programmatic Media
  • Identify areas to streamline and automate processes
  • Track and report on programmatic data for Orion’s Addressable offerings

The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $50,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
