Assessment Administrator Jobs

T he Teacher Education Program invites applications for a full-time Assessment Administrator. Responsibilities include: providing direct administrative support to the Director of the School of Education and the Assessment Coordinator. Provide statistical input on Accreditation, Assessment, and Licensure as requested for various reports, designs and maintains various databases with emphasis on Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Colleague, and Ellucian. Maintain a good working relationship with Teacher Education Program faculty, staff, and students. Must maintain confidentiality with sensitive materials subject to state and FERPA regulations. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree or four years of experience in area of responsibility, knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office and Google Suite products, organize and manipulate data in databases and generate reports. Able to work independently and maintain a detailed calendar of data and reporting events. Able to respond to student and faculty requests professionally and collaboratively.
