ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTER in Estero, FL

We are searching for a passionate, technically-proficient Architectural Drafter to support to the project team to assist in the production of contract documents and be an integral member of our team. Responsibilities and qualifications we are searching for include:
Responsibilities:
Use basic knowledge to produce and review schematic design, design development and construction documents for multiple projects, by modeling and annotating in Revit that are consistent with project goals and objectives with oversight by the Project Manager
Perform redline changes and revisions in a quick and efficient manner.
Communicate and coordinate the preparation of all documents with consultants and team members using Revit (modeling + annotation), SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
Willingness to learn general construction practices and building systems.
Assist with contract administration responsibilities including organizing and maintaining project files, RFI and Submittal responses as well as other general construction administration responsibilities.
Ability to travel to jobsites to field verify dimensions and part of learning experience.
Qualifications:
Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program is preferred
2+ years of experience in an architectural office
Proactive individual with a sense of urgency to multi-task on multiple projects and assignments
Flexibility to work in collaborative environment with a team, as well as independently
Strong graphic skills and technical capability to critically think through the development of a design into documentation, knowledge of drawing standards, and some understanding of code requirement/compliance
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized individual
Proficient in: Revit Modeling, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, MS Office & Outlook
