Residential & Commercial Cad Drafter

Our Client is an award-winning Residential Design and Architectural firm in the Orlando area. They are growing at a rapid pace and searching for career minded drafting professionals to join their team.
Location: Maitland, FL (Onsite)
Length of Assignment: 4-Month Contract with potential to go permanent based on performance and company needs
Compensation: $21-$30 hourly rate (negotiable based on experience)
The CAD Drafter will be responsible for the following functions:
Drafting of residential Architectural plans using computer aided design programs (AutoCAD or Revit) Producing full construction documents in a production environment Communicating with internal and external clients Maintaining project records Performing project administration with the assistance of your team leaders. Minimum Qualifications: 1+ years of experience with AutoCAD within Residential Design (Revit experience a plus) Some knowledge of common Florida Building Codes Verifiable High School Diploma or GED Strong AutoCAD skills, preferably in the most up to date versions. Revit experience is a plus. Must have some understanding of Florida Building Codes and construction practices Experience in residential design and documentation Experience working on full construction documents Team player with a great attitude Benefits: Salary (depending on experience) Health, Dental, Vision Company bonus
