Maintains effective customer relationships and collaborates with IT staff to ensure successful on-time service delivery. Follows established project management and change management methodologies. Follows and establishes proper team coding standards and best practices. Develops documentation that effectively communicates to both technical and non-technical audiences. Identifies outdated technologies or methods, and offers build-buy alternatives. The successful candidate will be a team player, self-motivated, and goal oriented. The successful candidate will have a proven background of identifying customer needs and delivering solutions.
