Apricot Solar Solar Advisor is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented appointment setter to join our Solar Sales team. As an appointment setter, you will play a crucial role in generating fresh appointments with Clark County, NV, residents who are interested in solar energy solutions. This is a commission-only position, offering $1,000 per deal once installed, and has the potential to earn between $50,000 and $70,000 in your first year. Please note that results may vary for each individual.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously strive to meet and exceed appointment-setting targets and objectives.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and appointment outcomes.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our solar sales team.
• Make 140-200+ outbound calls per day to Clark County, NV, residents.
• Engage with potential customers in a professional and persuasive manner to generate interest in our solar energy solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.

Qualifications:

• Ability to effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy solutions to potential customers.
• Experience in the solar industry or knowledge of renewable energy is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with Clark County, NV, and Las Vegas residents is preferred.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools is desirable.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

This position offers the flexibility of working part-time or full-time hours, depending on your availability. However, regardless of the hours worked, the successful candidate must be committed to making a minimum of 140-200+ outbound calls per day to ensure a consistent flow of fresh appointments on the calendar.
