Medical Appointment Setting/Customer Service - Work From Home - Triad Area ($10.50 / Hour)

Responsibilities

• Identify eligible resources for patients and assist with enrollment in eligible programs
• Coordinate with providers and Integrated Care Nurses to ensure seamless care for patients
• Assist with the referral process and coordinate provider appointments for DaVita IKC members
• Perform outbound and inbound calls to provide support and communication to CKD patients

Qualifications

• Medical experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional office environment
• Patient Care Technician or Administrative Assistant experience in dialysis preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• High School Diploma required
