• Schedule appointments for 5 locations and 5 providers
• Utilize internal system to schedule appointments with appropriate provider and location
• Answer inbound calls from patients to schedule appointments

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and provide empathetic customer service over the phone
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• 1-2 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
• Typing speed of 30-40 wpm
• High School Diploma or GED required
