Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Appointment Clerk/Scheduler to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and scheduling appointments for our leasing consultants and maintenance team, reviewing and approving work orders, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of all tasks. This is a remote role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scheduling software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach to work
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• 1-2 years of experience in administrative, scheduling, or customer service roles
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
