Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented applications software developer to join our team! In this role you will get to design, build, and deploy highly scalable, resilient, performant services in an integrated team to continually improve DevOps posture.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Serve as an expert resource within the development team to determine the needs of the business that will simplify and automate the application services.
• Apply skills with Java, NoSQL, Servlets, Hibernate, Spring, J2EE, MongoDB, Oracle and other technologies.
• Work with current application teams to understand current analytics, review test plans, and collaborate with user interface designers to ensure software integrates seamlessly.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Demonstrated experience with Java and one or more technologies (e.g., Servlets, Hibernate, Spring, Web Services/J2EE).
• Demonstrated experience in Web server technologies (Tomcat, Web Logic, IIS, HttpCore).
• Demonstrated experience with datasets both relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, MS SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, etc.).
• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related or an additional 6 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Demonstrated experience in continuous integration and delivery tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Puppet, Chef, etc.).

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic working environment.
• Demonstrated experience with Typescript UI technologies.

Salary Range:

$121,900.00 - $219,400.00
