Job Description
Rite-Solutions, is seeking a Software Developer to support in a hybrid capacity and will require an estimate 2-3x per week on-site at NSWC Dahlgren in Virginia. You will be part of a team charged with providing engineering and systems operations engineering in support of current and future Combat System (CS) Command and Control (C2) functions. Together our team supports V Department with systems engineering, software engineering and fleet support, element evaluation and system test support and development/production environment support.

Position Requirements


  • Some experience and familiarity with Gitlab
  • Some experience and familiarity with Containers/containerization
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • S. Citizenship and DoD Secret Clearance required.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Software Development
  • Proficiency in Linux development
  • Proficiency in Python and bash scripting
  • Proficiency in Java development


Additional Skills Of Interest (Not Required)


  • Django experience
  • Vue web development
  • DSO principles
  • Experience working on DoD contracts, or combat systems experience
  • Tactical system experience
  • Database and SQL knowledge
  • Middleware experience: DDS, Kafka, ActiveMQ
