Job Description

One of our US Client is looking for "C++ Software Developer" for Virginia, USA branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications and will be working in a C++ environment on both Windows and Linux platforms.


Job Type: W2 Full Time Employment - H1B, H4EAD, L2, GC, US Citizen can apply


Job Location: Fairfax, Virginia, United States (Hybrid)



Responsibilities

  • Work with QA and support teams to address issues that arise during development and testing
  • Work in a C++ environment on both Windows and Linux platforms
  • Enhance and maintain backend servers (C++) used for real-time applications
  • Contribute during all phases of project lifecycle


Required IT Skills

  • Comfortable with Red Hat environment / systems administration commands
  • 5+ years of Working Experience in development in C/C++ development, Java and 5+ years working on Unix scripting.
  • Experience in KSH and Bash scripting
  • Experience in Perl and SQL
  • Required experience working on command line for C / C++ compilation, debugging, memory leak search.
  • Candidate must have experience in Make, GDB and Valgrind
  • Able to make complex queries / procedures
  • Must know how to work from Unix command line, preferable using Red Hat servers.
  • Experience in Spring boot, Maven, Gradle, Grails, Groovy
  • Very good experience with Sybase and / or PostgreSQL is required
