Job Description

Title: Applications Architect (Health)


Location: Tallahassee, FL Contract

Responsibilities

  • Provide documented resolutions to Service Desk and Change Management tickets.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues reported by customers, system administrators and support teams - monthly patching, error tracking and issue remediation.
  • Provide technical expertise to users, management, vendors, and peers for issues involving other Department business offices and vendors.
  • Perform proactive daily monitoring of all platforms.
  • Server, application, hardware, and OS maintenance.
  • Change control, central authentication, and user account management.
  • System administration and data protection.
  • Disk storage management.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and administering cloud networking solutions such as Virtual Networks and Express Route.
  • 1+ year of experience designing, implementing, and administering cloud tagging, costing, charge-back and scaffolding solutions on the Azure or AWS cloud.
  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise class Windows Server system design and administration, including the proactive monitoring of system environments and problem resolution, user support, system application support, Operating System (OS) support, hardware/software system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • 5+ years of experience with cloud technologies including architecting, implementation, management, and maintenance of a Cloud based platforms.
  • 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and administering DevOps solutions in a cloud environment such as Azure or AWS.
  • 5+ years of experience as an enterprise administrator in Azure and Azure Active Directory domain infrastructure.
