Job Description
Metrica Andina is seeking a skilled Web Programmer to join our Information Technology and Services team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications that meet our clients' needs. You will collaborate with other developers, project managers, and designers to ensure that our products are functional, reliable, and user-friendly.
Responsibilities
  • Integrate web applications with databases, APIs, and other third-party services.
  • Perform regular maintenance on web applications to ensure that they are up-to-date and secure.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the web development field.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to company coding standards.
  • Collaborate with designers to create user interfaces that are visually appealing and easy to use.
Requirements
  • Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with web frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Experience with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
