Full Time Direct Hire

Salary is ~$95-105k+

Doral, FL 33122 – Hybrid – in office 1+ day a week

Required:

• Git or other version control experience and experience documenting your code and creating your own repos
• API Development
• Comfortable working on both new development, technologies, and architectures, as well as supporting legacy code and systems
• SQL Server and SQL Queries
• Front End Development including Javascript/Typescript and HTML/CSS
• Strong C# .NET Development Experience
• Agile / Scrum

Nice to have:

• Microservices
• Experience writing strong optimized SQL Queries
• CI/CD
• VB.NET
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or similar
• Unit and/or Automation Testing

Summary:

Responsible for the development and support of software systems to include but is not limited to APIs, web portals and applications, contact center agent dialer scripting, and database development in support of the organizations operating requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Participates in regular SCRUM meetings and collaborates with other team members on planning, development, and other project related activities as necessary.
• Is reliable, engaged, and provides feedback as to improve processes and policies.
• Prepares workflow charts and diagrams to assist the business analyst and project managers in understanding and documenting application structure and function.
• Collaborates with the Helpdesk staff to provide training to be able to handle basic application support.
• Adheres to internal development standards and best practices, participate in DEV Team meetings and code reviews, and provide recommendations based on industry standards and best practices.
• Consults with management, engineering, and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes.
• Works in an agile team environment building and supporting applications to be used by stakeholders company-wide, facilitating defined business processes and procedures.
• Communicates effectively with other professional and support staff to achieve positive customer outcomes.
• Compiles and writes documentation of program development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program.
• Defines application objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisions system features and functionality.
• Writes or contributes to instructions or manuals to guide end users, knowledge base, etc.
• Develops and maintains applications new and legacy applications and performs appropriate levels of testing to insure proper operation.
• Adapts quickly to frequent process changes and improvements.
• Provides cross-functional data support as needed.
• Attends all department, team, and company meetings as required.
