Work Scenario: In office; 9-6 (or can accommodate 8-5, 8:30-5:30)

• Back up to A/R; performing reconciliations and supporting data for month end close
• Review of bank deposits and checks through multiple deposits
• A/P processing and electronic payments via Automated program
• Some Payroll processing - will train (data input of employee time cards and uploading, and new hire set up, receive managers approval)
• Use of Sage 300 and A/P automation vendor Plate IQ – can train
