How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
Delta’s Transatlantic Revenue Management team is responsible for maximizing the revenue performance of our routes between North America and Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. As an Analyst of Transatlantic Performance and Insights, you will:
  • Provide ad-hoc data and analytical support for the Transatlantic Pricing and Inventory teams, including building reports and dashboards
  • Effectively package and communicate revenue and market analysis up to leadership in the form of reports, presentations, and one-pagers
  • Collaborate with JV partners AF, KL, and VS and DL Commercial and Operational stakeholders
  • Contribute to Transatlantic Margin and PRASM goal setting, tracking, and incentive processes
  • Travel periodically to Amsterdam for biannual JV strategy meetings

What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications)
  • Effective communication skills in a variety of formats, including written, visual, and verbal, with emphasis on clarity, conciseness, and storytelling
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
  • Where permitted by applicable law, you have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based job, if not currently employed by Delta Air Lines, Inc.
  • Strong data skills and ability to source, synthesize, summarize and display various types of data
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, demonstrating an understanding of the airline industry, profitability, revenue, and competitive metrics
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Efficient project manager capable of meeting or exceeding deadlines, while effectively prioritizing short-, medium-, and long-term tasks
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree or 2 or more years of work experience in an analytical field
  • Familiarity with key RM data sources
  • Experience building decks and one-pagers
